Originally established in Alpine, Alpine Aero Squadron flies in the Rancho San Diego area just off of Highway 94 in East San Diego. Membership is limited to 100 members due to limited parking at our site. While we do not have the competitive events common at other clubs, our site remains one San Diego's nicest places to fly. We presently have a 367' long runway that is open seven days a week taking full advantage of San Diego's great climate. Alpine Aero Squadron is an AMA Chartered flying site and AMA membership is required to fly. Club dues are $40 per year plus a one time $35 initiation fee for new members.
