These are the minutes for the January 10, 2008 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:42 p.m. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the minutes of the December meeting as read at the January meeting. Ten Club members were present at the January meeting. The Club now has 88 members.

Mark Miller reported that we have $2779.82 in the bank as January 10, 2008. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented. The Portable Toilet is now $83.79 up $10.00 a Mouth. The amount may be lowered if the Club pays the bill every other Month.

Old Business: Dues are due by December 31, 2007. The Dues are $40.00 for the whole year. Mark Miller is the Treasurer & he can be reached at the Thursday Night meeting or at the Field on Weekends. Mark Miller’s address is 1118 Hamlet Dr. El Cajon, Ca. 92021. His Telephone # is 619-444-0968.

New Business: The Country gave Tom Clark a call, who is the President of our Club, about some ruts made by a Car or a Truck around the Field. When it rains, it would be advisable not to go up to the Field until the ground is dry.
