These are the minutes for the January 14, 2010 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes of the December meeting as read at the January meeting. Seven Club members were present at the January meeting. The Club now has 56 members.

Mark Miller reported that we have $3170.17 in the bank as of January 14, 2010. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer's report as presented.

Pete Larson, has decided to liquidate his large inventory of gas/glow radio controlled airplanes, and will be switching over to electrics! There are no transmitters or receivers in these models! They are located in a storage facility near his home in Alpine! You can contact Pete by phone or E-mail, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday - Sunday, regarding this inventory! Note:
When anyone is flying at the Field, the inner Gate must be closed. The outer Gate should also be closed. The last person leaving the Field will lock both Gates. The speed limit going to & from the Field is 15-Miles Per Hour. No more Welding permitted at the Field. The County has informed the Club that when it rains, the Field will be closed for five days after the rain stops.
