These are the minutes for the February 11, 2010 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes of the January meeting as read at the February meeting. Thirteen Club members were present at the February meeting. The Club now has 56 members. Mark Miller reported that we have $3790.17 in the bank as of February 11, 2010. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer's report as presented. Old Business: Annual Dues: You can mail your dues to: Mark Miller 1118 Hamlet Dr. El Cajon, Ca 92021 & his Phone # is 619-444-0968. Please make check payable to: Alpine Aero Squadron $60.00. New Business: Note: When anyone is flying at the Field, the inner Gate must be closed. The outer Gate should also be closed. The last person leaving the Field will lock both Gates. The speed limit going to & from the Field is 15-Miles Per Hour. No more Welding permitted at the Field. The County has informed the Club that when it rains, the Field will be closed for five days after the rain stops. Ray Carver brought in his mystery Helicopter
to the meeting. Rays Helicopter cost $140.00 with the Radio. Could not
fly his Helicopter because we had the small room Note:
A raffle is held at each meeting and the raffle tickets are 6 for $5.00.
The winners are Tom Beecroft - 5 Minute Set Epoxy. The next meeting of the Alpine Aero Squadron will be at 7:30 p.m. March 11, 2010, 2010, (2nd Thursday) at the Kennedy Recreation Center, 1675 Madison Avenue, El Cajon, CA. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 P. M. Check your Flight Controls prior to each flight.
