These are the minutes for the March 13, 2008 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the minutes of the February meeting as read at the March meeting. Ten Club members were present at the March meeting. The Club now has 51 members.

Mark Miller reported that we have $2766.14 in the bank as March 13, 2008. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented.

Old Business: Dues are due by December 31, 2007. The Dues are $40.00 for the whole year & will you not have to pay the initiation fee again. Mark Miller is the Treasurer & he can be reached at the Thursday Night meeting or at the Field on Weekends. Mark Miller’s address is 1118 Hamlet Dr. El Cajon, Ca. 92021. New Business: The Club may re-oil the Field this summer. We have to remove all the Clay Sediments, replace them with Cold Patch & find out much it will cost us to re-oil the Field before the Club can make that decision.

Rick Alba relayed to Mark Miller that another county worker is now upset that we don't close both gates. So even if we are not the ones who left them open, please close both of them from now on. And I would also recommend that the last one out lock both gates regardless of who left them open. Anyone who is left inside the Gates will have a key to lock both gates.
