These are the minutes for the March 12, 2009 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:39 p.m. A motion was made, seconded, & approved to accept the minutes of the February meeting as read at the March meeting. Twelve Club members were present at the March meeting. The Club now has 61 members.

Mark Miller reported that we have $2357.11 in the bank as March 12, 2009. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer's report as presented.

Old Business:
Dues will be $60.00 a year starting January 1, 2009. The Treasurer 's Phone Number is 619-444-0968 & his address is 1118 Hamlet Dr. El Cajon CA 92021. Some of the Carpets at the Field are in pretty bad shape & if anyone is throwing some large pieces of Carpet away or knows where we can get some large pieces of Carpet in good condition, the club would gladly accept the used Carpets. New Locks, being put on this Saturday, March 14, 2009. Both locks will be on both Gates until April 1st, 2009. Members need to contact Mark Miller to get a new Key or they will be locked out.

New Business:
If anyone wants to post anything on the Website, send it to webmaster@alpineaerosquadron. The County has informed the Alpine Aero Squadron Club that ruts made by Vehicle Tires in our parking will not tolerated. Don't drive on the Parking lot when the Ground is wet!

When anyone is flying at the Field, the inner Gate must be closed. The outer Gate should also be closed. The last person leaving the Field will lock both Gates. The speed limit going to & from the Field is 15-Miles Per Hour. No more Welding permitted at the Field. The County has informed the Club that when it rains, the Field will be closed for five days after the rain stops.

Note: A raffle is held at each meeting and the raffle tickets are 6 for $5.00. The winners are Bob Davis - Cirrus 6 Channel Receiver.
