Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the minutes of the May meeting as read at the June meeting. Twelve club members were present at the June meeting. The club now has 90 members.

Bob Middleton reported that we have $2854.63 in the bank as June 10, 2004. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented.

Old Business:
On June 6, 2004 (Sunday) someone bypassed the locks to both Gates so only our club could open the Gates. Let’s all make sure that both Gates are lock in such manner that all the locks are in series. Each Gate has a pattern of locks that shows how all the locks should be lock. Alpine Aero Squadron has a very low status concerning the use of this land, so it wouldn’t take much for the country to remove our club from this first-rate flying site.

New Business:
The Annual Association Swap Meet will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2004 at Balboa Park Inspiration Point Parking Lot. The hours are from 7:00 am to 11:00 am. The club will have a table set up at the Park & if anyone has anything they would like to donate, the club will be glad to auction off the items at the park. Bring your items to the Meetings or to the Flying Field. Float Fly will be coming up in November at Otay Lake. We need quite a few volunteers to help run the Float Fly & make sure everything is set up by 8:00 am Sunday morning. We don’t know the date right now, but it may be the Sunday before Thanksgiving.

Joe Macias brought 7 collectable Dan Bunch Engines in a Plexiglas Case, 6 ignitions & 1 diesel Engine. The diesel & 1 Ignition Engine is set to run a Car or a Boat

A raffle is held at each meeting and the raffle tickets are 6 for $5.00. The following members won items at the raffle. Alex Diaz=One Gallon of 15% Fuel.
