These are the minutes for the June 09, 2011 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:40 pm. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes of the May meeting as read at the June meeting. Fourteen Club members were present at the June meeting. The Club now has 44 members in good standing.

Treasurer's report: Mark Miller reported that we have $4528.09 in the bank as of June 09, 2011, all bills and deposits current. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer's report as presented.

Old Business:
The Petro Mat is a Future Acquisition and will be laid on the runway whenever the weather turns nice and stays nice. The company that oiled the field has the Petro Mat & all the materials needed to installed the Petro Mat on the field. Tom Clark has volunteer to pick up the Petro Mat & all the necessary materials needed to installed the Petro Mat on the field.

New Business:
The Chula Vista Club has reserved the Otay lake for people who are interested in flying Model Airplanes, that can take off & land on the water. The dates are August 24, 2011 & October 22, 2011. August is on a Wednesday & October is on a Saturday. The time the lake will be open is from 7:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday. The one for October is open from 7:00 am to about 3:00 pm & of course there will be Raffle Prizes at this fun fly . Any one flying at one of these dates will need a AMA license.

The Chula Vista Club will be having their Annual Swap Meet on Saturday July 09, 2011.

Note: A raffle is held at each meeting and the raffle tickets are 6 for $5.00.
