These are the minutes July 10, 2003 meeting. Our Vice President Bob Davis brought the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the minutes of the June meeting as read at the July meeting. Fifteen club members were present at the July meeting. The club now has 77 members.

Bob Middleton reported that we have $1441.71 in the bank as of July 10, 2003. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented.

Old Business:
The Swap Meet will be held at Balboa Park on Saturday July 19, 2003 from 7:00 am. to 11:00 am. If any one would like to donate something to the club, please bring your items to the field and the Club will auction off the donated items. Contact Bob Middleton at 619-443-4791 if you have any items you’d like to donate to the club. The club would like to give a well done to Tom Clark for putting a number on all the Clothes Pins and putting them on the correct Frequency Peg. The Fun Fly has been reschedule for July 27, 2003. (Sunday) Hours are from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Hot Dogs and Sodas will be available at the field for everyone free of charge.

New Business:
The club has voted to Re-Oil the field in August or early September of this year. With the Float Fly coming up in November of this year, the club will be little short on money. If any one would like to pay their dues or part of their dues a year in advance or donate some money to the club, it would be much appreciated. This will not be mandatory for any club member. Dues are $40.00 a year.

A raffle is held at each meeting and the raffle tickets are 6 for $5.00. The following members won items at the raffle.

The next meeting of the Alpine Aero Squadron will be at 7:30 p.m August 14, 2003, (Second Thursday) at the Kennedy Center Main Building, 1675 Madison Avenue, El Cajon, CA.
