These are the minutes for the July 9, 2009 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:42 pm. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes of the June meeting as read at the July meeting. Twelve Club members were present at the July meeting. The Club now has 56 members.

Mark Miller reported that we have $2672.57 in the bank as July 9, 2009. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer's report as presented.

Anyone who would like to upgrade his or her Key to unlock both Gates, please come to the next meeting or come to the Field on weekends & talk to Mark Miller or Tom Clark.

Note: Tom Rickert brought in his H-46 small Helicopter that he flew around the meeting hall. The Helicopter has four Propeller Blades, two on the front, two on the back & a LED Light in the Nose. He also brought in a Hover Craft that he ran along the floor. The Hover Craft has four electric motors, two on the bottom & two on the Fantail. Two Electric Motors on the Fantail propel the Hover Craft forward & provide steering to the right or to the left.

Note: When anyone is flying at the Field, the inner Gate must be closed. The outer Gate should also be closed. The last person leaving the Field will lock both Gates. The speed limit going to & from the Field is 15-Miles Per Hour. No more Welding permitted at the Field. The County has informed the Club that when it rains, the Field will be closed for five days after the rain stops.
