The Float Fly will be held at Otay Lake on Sunday November 23, 2003. Nacho brought in his F16 Air Force ducted fan Model Airplane and hopes to fly the plane at the field this year. It has a Rossi .81 in the plane now but may have a Rossi .91 when the plane is ready to fly. The plane is white and red. The engine turns the fan at about 22,000 rpm. The plane weighs 8 to 10 pounds and is at 5 feet long and has wing span about 4 feet. It was built in the eighties and it should be wonderful to see the plane fly.
