Old Business:
When the Contractor first oiled the Field, he used his small old mechanical Truck. The Engine had to turn at the correct RPM to put the oil on the Field & to make things worst the nozzles on the Truck were partially plugged up. Tom Clark took pictures of the Field & presented them to the Contractor. Well, the Contractor looked at the pictures & the Field. He told Tom Clark he would due the Runday over again with his new Computerize Truck. Our Runway has a good solid foundation so the large Truck left no ruts in Runway after the Field was re-oiled. To sum every thing up, the Field looks really good now. The contractor told Tom Clark he lost money on oiling the Alpine Aero Squadron Runway. The Runway at the Field cost the Club $2100.00 for one & half coats of oil. We need to fill the Potholes where the Pilots stand & re-oil that little section.

New Business:
A motion was made to up the dues to $60.00 a year & was passed by the members of the Club. The By-Laws will have will have to be change & the club will have to vote on this at the next meeting. Donations will be accepted to help the Club with needed funds to pay bills. The outhouse is costing the Club $85.00 ever four weeks, 13 times a year.

When anyone is flying at the Field, the inner Gate must be closed. The outer Gate will also be closed. The last person leaving the Field will lock both Gates. The speed limit going to & from the Field is 15-Miles Per Hour. No more Welding permitted at the Field. The Country has informed the Club that when it rains, the Field will be closed for five days after the rain stops.
