These are the minutes for the October 8, 2009 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes of the September meeting as read at the October meeting. Five Club members were present at the October meeting. The Club now has 56 members.

Mark Miller reported that we have $2211.89 in the bank as October 8, 2009. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer's report as presented.

Old Business:

New Business:
Club dues of $60.00 are due by January 1, 2010. Mark Miller's phone # is 619-444-0968.

Note: When anyone is flying at the Field, the inner Gate must be closed. The outer Gate should also be closed. The last person leaving the Field will lock both Gates. The speed limit going to & from the Field is 15-Miles Per Hour. No more Welding permitted at the Field. The County has informed the Club that when it rains, the Field will be closed for five days after the rain stops
