These are the minutes of the November 13, 2003 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the minutes of the October meeting as read at the November meeting. Eight club members were present at the November meeting. The club now has 89 members.

Bob Davis reported that we have $1507.98 in the bank as of November 13, 2003. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented.

Old Business:
Bob Davis’s Float Airplane flew 2 times at Poway lake.

New Business:
Dues are $40.00 a year and the last day to pay without a penalty is December 31, 2003.

The flowing personnel will help set up and assist with the operation of the float Fly, Rick Denessen, Dick Thomas, Thomas Beecroft, Tom Seevers, Tom Clark Mark Miller, Steve Mitchell, Regan Schutte, Bob Davis, Bob Middleton, Howard Valentine, Ron & Jesse Doiron.

Current Board Members will stay for another year. Will vote on this at the December meeting.

A raffle is held at each meeting and the raffle tickets are 6 for $5.00. The following members won items at the raffle.
Tom Clark - 1 Gallon 15% Fuel.
Bob Davis - Ultra Stand.
Reagan Schutte - Coverite Graphics.
Steve Mitchell - CA Glue, Thick & Thing.
Mark Miller - 5 Minute Epoxy.
Wayne Bolin - Magnavise.

The next meeting of the Alpine Aero Squadron will be at 7:30 p.m December 11, 2003, (Second Thursday) at the Kennedy Center Main Building, 1675 Madison Avenue, El Cajon, CA. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to adjourn the meeting at 7:59 pm. Check your controls prior to your first flight of the day.

2003 Float Fly Financial Statement is available for club members to review in our secure area which requires a user name and password. If you have forgotten these you may contact Bob Middleton or Ignacio Barragan.
