ALPINE AERO SQUADRON NOVEMBER 2007 NEWSLETTER

These are the minutes for the November 8, 2007 meeting. Our Vice President Bob Davis brought the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the minutes of the October meeting as read at the November meeting. Eight Club members were present at the November meeting. The Club now has 86 members.

Mark Miller reported that we have $2411.29 in the bank as November 8, 2007. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer’s report as presented.

Old Business: The Club may Re-oil the Field this coming Summer 2008. Tom Clark will have to get a new estimate on how much it will cost to re-oil the Field. Dues are due by December 31, 2007. The Dues are $40.00 for the whole year. Mark Miller is the Treasurer & he can be reached at the Thursday Night meeting or at the Field on Weekends. New Business:
The Club will be electing new Board Members at the December meeting. Come to the December if you would like to be a Board Member, the Treasurer & the Editor don’t to have to pay any dues.

Note:
A raffle is held at each meeting and the raffle tickets are 6 for $5.00. The winners are Dorman Baker - One Gallon of Wildcat Helicopter Fuel.
Tom Beecroft - One Gallon of 15% Nitro 18% Synthetic Castor Fuel.
Tom Seevers - Phase 3 QuickTime Electric Model Airplane.
