These are the minutes for the November 12, 2009 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes of the October meeting as read at the November meeting. Eleven Club members were present at the November meeting. The Club now has 56 members.

Mark Miller reported that we have $2126.41 in the bank as November 12, 2009. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer's report as presented.

New Business:
Club dues of $60.00 are due by January 1, 2010. Mark Miller's Phone # is 619-444-0968. The following members have been nominated for Broad Members for the Alpine Aero Squadron Club for the year 2010. Tom Clark for President, Mark Miller for Treasurer, Wayne Bolin for Vice President, Tom Beecroft for Secretary / Editor, Tom Porter for Safety Coordinator & Ignacio Barragan for Web Master. Come to the December meeting & cast your vote for one or all of the people nominated for Board Members for the year 2010.

Note: When anyone is flying at the Field, the inner Gate must be closed. The outer Gate should also be closed. The last person leaving the Field will lock both Gates. The speed limit going to & from the Field is 15-Miles Per Hour. No more Welding permitted at the Field. The County has informed the Club that when it rains, the Field will be closed for five days after the rain stops
