These are the minutes for the December 9, 2010 meeting. Our President Tom Clark brought the meeting to order at 7:40 pm. A motion was made, seconded and approved to accept the minutes of the November meeting as read at the December meeting. Eight Club members were present at the December meeting.

The Club now has 41 members in good standing.

Treasurer's report: Mark Miller reported that we have $3,333.32 in the bank as of December 9, 2010, all bills and deposits current. A motion was made, seconded, and approved to accept the Treasurer's report as presented.

Old Business:
Petro Mat is the new material that we are going to put down the center of the runway. This material is used in highway construction. A roll of this material cost about $349.00 with tax & if anyone would like to denote a roll of this material to the Club, the Club would greatly appreciate your generosity.

The following Board Members have been voted in at the December meeting for the year 2011. Tom Clark for President, Regan Schutte for Vice President, Mark Miller for Treasurer, Tom Beecroft for Editor & Secretary, Tom Porter for Safety & Ignacio Barragan for Web Master.

Tom Ricket brought in a small electric Helicopter & flew it around the meeting hall. The Helicopter is capable of performing all the maneuvers of a full size model.
